I saw Dr Francis on April 10, 2018 for a burst fracture in my L1 and was treated very respectfully,kind and professionally. I also had an MRI and the staff explained in detail what was going to happen , I also was told the wait time for testing and reporting of results. After getting the report Dr Francis explained what the MRI showed in detail and the plan of care we are to follow . Would definitely recommend him to others who need a spine specialist!
Dr. Francis and his staff have treated me with kindness from day one. The care that has been given to me is the best I have ever received. Dr. Francis listens to you when you explain the problem you’re having,then executes a plan to correct that problem,and get you back to the best you can possibly be. I would recommend Dr. Francis and his staff to anyone. If you’re hurting,and you need help,make an appointment to see Dr. Francis asap.

I had to wait four hours to see Dr. Francis for 10 minutes . I felt rushed, but its ok because he is an excellent surgeon. Worth the wait . Very professional .
My experience with Dr Francis and Spine Associates was wonderful. I had a discectomy and laminectomy (L4-L5 & L5-S1) on 23 February 2018 and had my post-op follow up on 27 February. I was able to get up and walk, go to the pharmacy, and even stop to get lunch immediately after my surgery. Dr Francis made it very clear that if I had any questions or problems to call him at any time whether day or night.
