Dr Francis is very thorough in his explanation of what is wrong and what can be done. His staff is always very professional and very nice. This was my first time going to see him. He sent me to Dr. Munshi to do the injections in my lower back. With the x-rays and MRI's he knew what was going on and fixed my problem so far. Everyone from the doctors and all the way to the billing staff are willing to talk to you and mostly they listen. Thank you very much.
Dr. Francis is very thorough in his explanation of what is wrong and what can be done. He doesn’t jump right into surgery he tries other treatments first. Then if surgery is an option he would perform it. His staff is always very professional and very nice. Great doctor and staff.
Overalls my appointment today was very good. Both staff and facility I find to be in excellent condition. I am on my way back to having the ability to walk without pain.
