I wouldn't trust anyone but Dr. Francis with my back! On top of being a great Doctor he's really nice as well! I highly recommend him if you ever need a Orthopedic surgeon. ��
Dr Francis is a great surgeon, but we're here for a checkup, literally a ten minute exam, and have waited over FOUR HOURS for a ten minute exam. This is the most disrespectful thing you can do to people and it's inexcusable.
After an almost 3 hour wait, I was informed I could not be seen due to the Dr.;s foibie of the shingles. I was not contagious, had not been for weeks. But rudely was told "I am the Dr.", yes you are but not a very good one in my books. I will not return.
Dr. Francis is a wonderful man. I'm still recovering from neck surgery but my migraines are gone. I feel very blessed to have him for my Dr. I have had neck and back pain for over 20 years and no one could find anything. God led me to this wonderful man who I've been searching for over half my life. Thank you Dr. Francis and your staff for all your help and kindness.
Had to wait 2 hours to be seen..doctor only spent about 5 min with me..maybe not schedule so many patients
A friend highly reccommended Spine Associates. She was very pleased with the care, surgery, rehab, is very healthy and pain free again. This was my first visit and I was taken care of with care & kindness the entire time. The staff is great, Dr Franklin's nurse was awesome and Dr Frankin was not only courteous, highly skilled, knowledgable and respectful but he listened, gathered the information and tests he needed then explained everything in great detail then explained what could be done for me.
