RecommendedDr. Francis is a very competent surgeon in the Houston area who has been awarded Houston's number one surgeon more than once! His staff is amazing and his anesthesiologist has been practicing for 25 years (very important to consider before surgery). I went under for a spinal fusion between T12 and L2 on November 18, 2020. I highly recommend dr. Francis. He is amazing doctor who knows what he is doing. His staff is also really amazing. I always heard scary stories of people having back surgery. He really helped put me at ease though by explaining to me everything that would be done and the risks. It was the best decision of my life and after suffering from back pain for the last 5 years, its been really nice to wake up pain free.
Wait time can be 1+ hours. Find some place that doesn’t schedule appointments so close.
Dr Francis is an absolute angel! I fell and broke my neck last week. It was so scary! The very moment I walked into his office starting with the helpful office staff, my burdens were eased. Dr. Francis explained my surgery, he made me feel completely calm. The surgery was a complete success, and everything went exactly as he said. I’m thankful that at the scariest of times for me, he was able to calm my fears and tackle the problem.
Dr Francis is a Miracle Worker! Our GP referred my husband 4 years ago. Dr Francis repaired his damaged spine (childhood injury) & he was up walking around the Nurse’s Station hours after surgery. My husband reports that he is able to do things he hasn’t been able to do in years. We’ve referred 6 people since that time. This year I needed surgery on my spine. I felt immediate relief. You may have to wait a while to be seen but it’s so worth the wait!
**Highly recommend Dr Francis** I had back pain for over 10 yrs and went to chiropractors, therapy, decompression and nothing worked. I went to see Dr Francis because he did my dads surgery in 2002. De Francis and his AMAZING staff not only we a pleasure to work with but went above and beyond for my husband. Ms. Marsha was always there with billing questions we had and my husbands nurse ms. Jennifer at mvp surgery center made sure he was good before and after surgery and made me feel so at ease.. my husband is currently pain free when a different dr said there was nothing he could do Dr. Francis did it. Dr. Francis and his entire staff in Beaumont and Houston are wonderful! Everyone is so nice and accommodating, they really go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. Currently, I'm 6 days post-op from spinal surgery and I'm as good as new.
