i had reverse total shoulder replacement in Sept. 2016 and as of today 1/31/2017 i am able to actually throw a ball, shoot a basketball, and play golf. i had very little pain during the entire experience.
My first visit with this doctor left me feeling a little unsure about him. I felt confident that he really knew his field of expertise, but found his bedside manner a bit curt. I was diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear as well as a bicep tendon tear. Surgery was recommended but I chose to wait. Upon my return to arrange for the procedure it seemed that this doctor's attitude had improved and I felt much more at ease with him. This relationship improved throughout each step of way.
Replaced my right shoulder December 2010. Absolute perfection. Cannot tell it has been replaced. Perfect functionality. Told every one I know about Dr. Spencer's work and also he is a hoot to talk with! He did surgery on my sister 4-6 week ago on my recommendation. She is happy with it.
