Just had 1 year post op w/ Dr. Spencer. In March & August of 2017 he performed total replacements of my right and left shoulders. While TSA’s definitely require some commitment to physical therapy, extremely pleased with my results. Stopped quarterly pain injections, increased range of motion tremendously, regaining former strength and fitness @ 67. Doc Spencer contributes to and understands/uses latest technology. Committed to restoring patient's quality of life. BEST OF THE BEST
Office staff were extremely disorganized, unhelpful and rude. Dr. Spencer’s bedside manner was crude, insensitive, and he failed to review imaging results or explain treatment options. Was very disappointed with interactions and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Excellent Doctor and staff. He came highly recommended and lived up to the recommendations. He was very informative about the diagnosis,procedure,recovery and rehabilitation. Full movement in my left shoulder is possible since my total shoulder replacement. Since both shoulders were hurting, making the choice to have the dominant one done first was a problem.but it turned out to be a good choice. Thank You Dr. Spencer and your team I now have full movement in my shoulder without pain.
Dr. Spencer is a very compassionate doctor. He takes time with his patients and listens to them. He is very knowledgeable. He done shoulder replacement surgery and gave me my life back. He didn't look at my age.
Upon learning that I needed a shoulder replacement, I was scheduled to go see Dr. Spencer.I had been in a lot of pain for quite some time and was not sure how much longer I could deal with it.On my first visit with Dr.Spencer I was assured that he would be able to correct the problem I was having.Since my surgery,I am completely out of pain.He and his assistant, Jeff Jarnigan,are both very professional and very gifted.I could not ask for a better team! Will highly recommend them to everyone!!
Had rotator shoulder cuff surgery oct 2016,my body took more time than average to heal,the attention ,information and compassion shown by Dr.Spencer was most than excellent.Always thankful.
Dr. Spencer repaired a 90% tear on my right shoulder rotator cuff, 1.5 years ago. Unlike all the stories I had heard before and after my surgery, my surgery was painless. I did have the block done on my shoulder which lasts about 24 hrs. after surgery. After that, no pain pills needed. Rehab went well and very little discomfort. Today I am as good as new. Dr. Spencer and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly to anyone having shoulder issues.
Superb dr. I have had two rotary cuff repairs and have no pain either or the rehab.He is very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
