CAVEAT EMPTOR! I am an expat living and working in Singapore but I retain my overseas telecom service. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from this shop and attempted to activate it on my network. Unfortunately it wasn't compatible and I sought to return it, even offering to pay a restocking fee. The box and packaging were completely intact. I was told by these clowns that returns can't be accepted on "change of mind" even though returns are clearly a part of their store policy on Lazada. Absolute dishonest store: - Advertise phone online as brand new. - texted me after order receive claiming that color that i order is not available. - Receive item with box and seal open. - Complain and was ask to go to their store for exchange. - Went to store and exchange for a new phone - restick a "sealed sticker" over and claim its new. - complain and immediately amended their online post to claim that phone was unsealed for "regionally unlock". - Try to dispute my refund by claiming that I used the phone and wanted to e... read more

Their address given was in peace centre, they asked for my contact no. and name saying the staff would be informed prior to my visit. I told them i would do so when i can confirm my visit. I did so when I was near their indicated address in peace centre. Guess what? They had already vacated the place... nobody informed me anything during the entire chat exchange in carousell. When I contacted them about the vacated shop premise, the reply was, he would check...that was the last reply and never got any more response.
