I went into the SMC showroom in Two Mills today to see a car that had caught my eye. But as soon as I went in the toxic vile smell of Smoke and tobacco was so strong I had to leave. These showrooms need higher standards if they want people to stay in there showrooms more than five seconds. The staff who evidently smoke need to realise not everyone can except the vile habit. The cars in there will pick up the smell.
Very friendly and helpful receptionist, quick and professional job, reasonably priced, will use again definitely.
Oli was super helpful from start to finish, he put my mind at ease with a deposit having not seen the vehicle. Contact throughout purchase second to none and Andy was the icing on the cake on collection. Car was exactly as described. I never leave 5 stars but will definitely be buying a new defender of these guys one day! Simply the best. Thanks.
