Visited on past Wednesday with very good experience. Dr. Leeanna Nguyen was very professional, did a thorough and quick check and compared to my last check results item by item, which was performed 3 years ago. She made all possible recommendations and let me to choose what works the best. The frontdesk was friendly and welcoming. It’s really a nice experience.
Came in to this location to see Dr. Mastman As I had something in my eye. He numbed my eye and was able to quickly remove the foreign object from my eye. He did give me a stern look when I told him that I waited 2 days to go in C; Long story short, Dr. Mastman took me in on a moment’s notice and took really good care of me!! 10 stars!!! The office is also very nice on the inside with lots of seating
The optometrist I visited was very thorough and gave helpful recommendations, but the optician who we need to go to to get contact lenses or glasses was mean and I felt that she just wanted to "sell" and have quick profits! When I did not get the right prescribed contact lenses I needed , even I only opened the package of 3 packs of contact lenses she said I can not return them because I have opened the package!
Stephanie in the eye wear area is great. Eye glasses are a racket in general, but if you are going to use your VSP she is awesome and has great advice. Let's pretend (I do not know for sure) you are paying a bit more, Stephanie is totally worth the extra money for her help. I got email compliments at work out of no where on my glasses and I am a guy that is a total Dad. Clearly I cannot attest to the laser surgery nor will I speculate. You gotta cost benefit analysis that stuff no matter where you go.
