RecommendedAdopted my puppy from the SPCA a couple weeks ago. He had kennel cough which I wasn’t aware of and unfortunately his insurance has a 30 day waiting period so I had to pay it all out of pocket. Luckily he’s fine now but other than that a great place to adopt from.
We got our new family member yesterday from this wonderful place. Our new doggie is pretty much perfect and the people who helped us were wonderful, kind and caring. Thank you SPCA of Wake County!

I am a foster for the SPCA. I mostly foster kittens, in my experience they are a wonderful group of caring people 🤗. Love working with them!
we have so many pets over 23yrs from SPCA. we have also fostered many kittens, puos and dogs. They do a good job of caring fir tge animals and preparing them for adoption. its important to talk to them first and properly understand tgeir system and steps towards adopting. they have a certain way of doing things for a bunch ofvreasons so its important to work with them as tgey have things in place for benefit if the animals. eg get paperwork done first to qualify as an adopter then start looking for your new buddy as sometime... read more
