Hire a new director who is able to prioritize the best interest of the staff, the animals and the fosters. The adoption center presents as a beautiful facility and the SPCA claims they are a No Kill shelter but that is not true. I previously fostered for the SPCA and found it necessary to part ways.

Great staff and place to find your new furever pet! They have a few small animals as well! I foster with them and its so rewarding to see these guys get adopted. We love our puppy Nash we got here. Please consider volunteering and fostering!
They are very caring and compassionate to their precious animals... I hope Papa John sees this... He was holding "Basil" ( featured on Wral about four years ago) and is now Draco Diamond Ditto Basil Morgan! He is pampered, has two "brothers" ... they are indoor with plenty of attention, toys and a screened in porch that we have reinforced like Fort Knox, lol...they all three sleep with me all night... They are caring and their adoption rate is phenomenal. They want the best for all of their furbabies and find them a forever home.
