I suffer from “white coat syndrome” and struggle to put two words together in front of a doctor, including Dr. Short. However, he doesn't really seem to notice and treats me like we've been friends since elementary school. I highly recommend him for those who value good bedside manner. Supportive, patient & empathetic staff & doctors!My experiences with Dr. Chan & Michelle have always been great. I’ve been a patient in there for over 10 years ever since my doctor recently left. I’ve been treated unfairly. I am forced to see a doctor that I do not like they do not care about the patients anymore as soon as I can, I’ll be leaving this practice. The doctor I was given has no sympathy for what I’m going through. Does not even care to ask questions. My PCP is here and Everytime I call to make an appointment I am told they are too busy and cannot see me. So I try to see another professional and sometimes that works. My most recent attempt at an appointment I was turned away altogether and told to just go to urgent care. So if you like not feeling valued then this is the place for you.
Dr. Tegtmeier and Alyson are great! Everyone working here is nice. This doesn't seem to be an office where medication is shoved down your throat. I always feel that my voice is being heard whenever I speak with Dr. Tegtmeier and/or Alyson. I've been coming here since 2021 and have 0 complaints.
