The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving! And I use to be a customer of DWP! They're either rude or talk nice but do nothing for you except make you angry! I do NOT recommend them at all. I think I'll be calling Arrowhead now.

OMG! The absolute worst customer service EVER. My delivery was scheduled for Sept 15th it's now the 28th! Every time I call and wait forever to speak to someone I get the same story, that being I'm scheduled for delivery today. I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere and not support this company as the clearly don't care about their customers!
Ok. I have sparkletts for 3 months now. I'm trying to pay my bill on the phone and I'm being placed on hold for nearly an HOUR! People! do not get sparkletts! Run away from them ... they have the worst customer service ! I don't know about their opponents but they are bad !
THE WORST!!!!! The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I signed up through Costco and am so disappointed uhhgggg. They don't show up for deliveries and have people missing work just for them to ignore and totally neglect their customers. I just cancelled with them because they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
