Awful customer service. Been tring to cancel service for 4months now but they can't seem to pick up there stuff! Been given the run around time and time again. Have called 6 times to cancel and yet no money returned to my account. Stay away from this company! From a one time loyal customer to one pissed off person!
Do not do business with this company. Sent me to collections when I talked to them 2 weeks before. Never got a final bill, don't have records of me calling to cancel service. Equipment failure. They put you on hold for 30min+ almost every time you call. Their website is not reliable.
Not only did I get this deal through Costco so I assumed it would be good, every single bill was messed up. To top it off I canceled my water delivery for two months they billed me and charged me fees. Now for the last three weeks I have been trying to get through to customer service because my machines leaks I'm out of water and they are saying I owe them triple what I should. 10-20 minute wait times for them to drop the calls. Missing my bottles now. Day three without them. Call every day and they tell me the bottles are coming the next day. Yea....
Spent 40 minutes on hold with customer service and never was able to reach a person.
They have the worst customer service. I have had nothing but problems with them. They don't leave the bottles that they say they will leave they charge you for service that they never preformed. They put you on hold and your hold times are 30 min plus. They like to send you to someone else instead of taking care of the problem.
Been on hold with #sparkletts for over 40 minutes over the course of 3 separate calls! Latest one waiting for a supervisor to take my call! This heat wave is one thing. But paying for a cooler that isn't cooling... NOT COOL!!!!! I'd really appreciate a call from customer service. Update: STILL NO CALL. STILL NOT RESOLVED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!!! 10/13
