Due to Covid-19 I ended my lease and planned to move out of my apartment to move to michigan on July 31st. I first called at the end of June to cancel my service and have my water dispenser picked up on July 23th. July 23rd came and went with no pickup. Worst customer service. Suck you into be customer and forget about the service. You can't even get someone to talk properly. All they do they apologize to you and Lie to you. It has been over a month i can't get refund from them.
The delivery guy has issues. Can't even bring the water bottles inside of the house because my mother has back problems! I might have to cancel the service.
First your company no calls no shows for today's scheduled install/delivery, after waiting an hour for customer service the only thing I accomplished was a 2 week reschedule date and a very rude customer service agent. I want a refund ASAP.
I was put on hold for 40 minutes the 2nd time for over 1 hour so I decided to call the number for new orders and they answered right away! I cancelled my account with them.
BEWARE I Signed up 6 weeks ago, first delivery was great but I have been missed 2 out of 4 times now on the delivery route. Customer service seems not to care one bit. I have a family of 5 that includes 3 young boys in the dead heat of the summer in Phx Az we cant drink the well water at our home, we chose to stop ruining the environment with individual water bottles. I have been on hold with Sparkletts for more than 20 minutes trying to cancel a delivery. This is not the first time this has happened. But if you call for new delivery service they pick up the phone right away. It's clear the DH Services DOES NOT care about their existing customers. The girl in new accounts, Rhianna, put me on hold.
I have called DS 1-800-492-8377 for several weeks to ask why I had been cancelled for deliveries and was told I owed $99.24 for "1 month!" Was not behind, I paid bill and was told that service WOULD NOT START TILL I PAID THE $6.99 for rental! I was put on hold every time, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also just to let you know that I will miss my delivery man, Art C. He was a gentleman and helpful not like the company he works for! I had been with Sparkletts for years too! Very disappointing!! :-(
