Canceled a delivery for today and called to confirm the cancellation. Wake up this morning and there's the delivery. I have a small apartment with not much room for these things. Already sitting on five and they dropped off an extra 2. I called them to express my frustrations and they said they wouldn't be able to come back until 7 days from now. Thought we were getting a great service through Costco. However, after scheduling delivery of the dispenser and three water bottles today, they didn't show up. I took half a day off work for nothing. Couldn't get through to them on their Customer Service line, which led me to look online for other numbers and discover the terrible reviews. Husband left a message and sent an email - haven't heard back. I suppose I will have to contact my card issuer to cancel payments to this joke of a company.
This company is charging $3 just to receive a paper copy of the bill. Everyone should call and complain.
They have no clue of customer service. They deliver water when they want to not when you request it
I suggest you never do business with Sparkletts. They don't just fail and suck at what they do, they are the worst vendor I have ever done business with. The level of deceptive business practices Sparkletts engages in is staggering. Sparkletts will stop delivering water and then charge you for the equipment they abandon on your property. We used them at our business for two years and twice in that period they just stopped showing up for a month or two, stopped picking up our checks and turned our account over to collections ... read more
Worst customer service. Suck you into be customer and forget about the service. You can't even get someone to respond to an email.
I cancelled my service in favor of filtered water. They charged me $12.00 for the remaining bottles the driver failed to pick up. After being on hold for 20 minutes I finally got someone on the phone and they picked up the empty bottles. However they not only keep billing me for the bottles, they have reported me to collections. When once again I waited on hold for 20 minutes they said someone would call me back to fix the problem.
