Amy was great, she shows you a great variety of apartments and will even drive you if you didn't come with a car. Then she takes you to the office and gives you all the information you need to apply.
Amy at Spaces Property was definitely my favorite apartment finder that I worked with. After an afternoon with her, I felt that I know the neighborhood well - from the demographic to the night life to the best grocery stores. All of the places that Amy lined up fit my criteria perfectly, and if I have friends moving to Chicago I will definitely recommend Amy!

I worked with Tommie to find my first apartment. I had lived on campus the last 2 years so I still managed to know nothing about finding an apartment in Chicago. He helped me finding an amazing little studio in Uptown. He didn't show me anything outside my budget, made sure all of the apartments we viewed accepted students and would accept my loans as proof of income, and he kept in mind how important safety and access to the cta was for me. He made this experience 1000x less stressful than I thought it would be.

I had a great experience working with Spaces. The staff was very prompt with communication and procedure. I have now moved into my new apartment and I love it! Amy was great! She responded to my email right away and showed me the apartment. She gave me the application & instructions & before I knew it I had a new place! I worked with Heidi to rent a place in the city and it was a great experience. She did a awesome job of coordinating all the apartments we saw and is very knowledgeable of all the neighborhoods. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a place in Chicago!
