Justin and Jaclyn were super helpful in helping us secure an apartment on short notice. I contacted Justin in the early evening on the 30th and we had an appointment scheduled for the 3rd within an hour. He was so responsive, even considering the New Years holiday. Justin at Spaces was extremely helpful and successful finding us a place to live when we had such a short amount of time (5 days). After a frustrating experience at Chicago Apartment Finders, we contact Justin and heard back immediately. When we met with him on the 3rd, he understood how little time we had and worked very efficiently to find us the perfect place. Jacyln was also incredibly helpful with getting us the documents we needed. If we ever need to move again, I will contact Spaces without a second thought!
I was so surprised by the care and service I was given by Don Mach of Spaces. After a brief call, Don followed up a few hours later making sure I had found what I needed. There was a listing I had seen that I was certain I wouldn't be able to view but at 9:15 pm he somehow figured out a way to made it happen for 9am the following morning. Very willing to go the extra mile and spend the time to find me a place. I highly recommend Don and Houston Mach.
