Hasel Almendares is awesome! She got us a kick butt apartment by showing up to our appointment when our first agent was delayed. We've lived here for a year and we're renewing! I had a great experience with Mike at Spaces! Me and my roommates were struggling to find an apartment, and were referred to him by a friend. Amanda Chvatal was a life-saver. We were having no luck finding an apartment for my daughter and her roommate. We contacted Spaces and were connected with Amanda. She immediately came up with a list of apartments, and when we changed our price range, she quickly came up with another list. I cannot stress enough how accommodating and patient she was. She took my daughter and her roommate to look at places, and by the end of the day they had found their new place. What a relief to have Amanda and Spaces in our corner.
Erica was absolutely amazing! I am out of state and she worked with me and my sister to set up viewings a couple days after we spoke on the phone. Of all the people I talked to, she was by far the friendliest and showed me places in the location and price range I wanted. She answered all my questions and responded promptly with information. I couldn't have asked for a better experience looking for my first apartment straight out of college.
