Evan Peoples made the entire dreadful process so painless. His constant willingness to respond to messages incredibly quickly and his honest opinions made making the decision on a new pad a confident one. I've already referred him to friends and I have no problem doing so more. Go check him out. He knows what he's doing.
I can refer anyone to Jamie Stoner who did an excellent job finding my new apartment. We had to go on several tours and she actually convinced me to focus and move in a different area than the one I intended initially, which ended up to work out better . Jamie also helped me with a complicated landlord issue I had at an interim apartment building. Her response time was always above expectation and I would definitely work with her again should my situation change and I need to move again.
Ashley was great! She worked around my (not so flexible) schedule and helped me find a lot of nice places in my price range. She was really helpful, sweet, patient, and most importantly, honest! She really took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted (which is not an easy task because of my dog and not too large budget) and didn’t try to encourage me to settle for an apartment that I wasn’t really excited about like a lot of other realtors I’ve worked with in the past have done. Finding an apartment is always stressful. After living in the city for over a year now, I learned how quick the market is in Chicago and how most realtors push you around to sign a place the second you see it. A couple weeks ago I reached out to Jamie with some specs on an apartment in my area. I gave her budget, area, how many bedrooms and a place to take my dog and she instantly responded with a building 5 minutes from my house. We went for a showing with no intent to do paperwork but loved it so much we signed a lease THAT day! She was great!! Definitely would recommend
