Rodney was the best! We had very specific criteria and Rodney met every single one of our requirements! We not only found our new home but also gained a ton of knowledge about real estate. I frequently texted him with new listings I wanted to check out and he responded to all my texts within 5 min at all hours! The associates at space were incredibly professional yet felt like we could speak our minds and our opinions mattered. We have been on the hunt for a larger space for some time and both KJ and Mike have been helpful during the showings but also helpful in finding places that were tailored to our specific interests (of which there were many!) I had a great experience with spaces. Rodney was very helpful and always quick to respond via call or text throughout the whole process of apartment hunting and leasing. They were straight forward with their application process/fees & deposits to prospective landlords. I searched a ton of apartment listing sites and dealt with some sketchy management companies before I found them. Would definitely recommend contacting Rodney at Spaces.
