Spaces seemed fine, but we got set up with terrible landlords. Nancy and Ivory Stewart were our son's landlords and charged them a move-in fee & wouldn't refund it when the apt. caught on fire 7 weeks later due to an electrical fire in the ceiling. Yes, Nancy & Ivory were in violation and now they won't respond. By the way, our son helped the landlord's son evacuate by repeatedly banging on his door to get him out. The entire front desk staff was amazing. They were not able to find me the space that I was looking for but they did put in a lot of effort as a team to try and make that happen.
Highly recommend!! Our agent, Amanda Chvatal was absolutely WONDERFUL and was so knowledgeable and helpful. My roommate and I have never lived in Chicago and were coming from Wisconsin and were not too familiar with the different neighborhoods we were touring, and she took the extra time out of her day to show us around our new neighborhood and explain the public transportation options! She made the stressful experience of finding an apartment out of state so much easier, we couldn't be happier that we had found her!

We worked with Amanda for our apartment hunt and she was AMAZING. She listened to what we wanted, and sent us awesome options that fit our budget and needs. We left every showing so happy with what we were seeing, and we are so excited to move into an amazing unit that she found for us.
