After Iryna showed me my first property, I didn't need to see another- one and done! She was extremely helpful and responsive. After I signed the lease, she continued to check on me and even wished me a happy moving day! She also had chocolate to share, which always helps when you're making a tough decision! I'm going to refer her to my boyfriend to help find his new apartment!

My wife and I recently worked with Erica. She was wonderful - quick to respond, knowledgeable, and so friendly. She picked us up and showed us a several apartments that had been renovated and had lots of great things to say about the building management. We didn't end up going with an apartment that she showed us but it wasn't for lack of trying! She was persistent (in a good way) and I knew she wanted us to find a place that fit all of our needs. Definitely recommend working with her!

We worked with Amanda while we were looking for a new apartment and she was unbelievably helpful! From the first showing, through the application process, and even being able to help with getting the lease situated all while I was out of town. I'm definitely recommending her to anyone I know who's looking for a new place as well as contacting her if we start looking again. Very professional, efficient, and made the process extremely easy.
Evan Peoples at SPACES was AMAZING!! He was able to figure out exactly what I wanted. I flew in from out of town for two days to find a place before my move at the end of February. Evan made the process enjoyable and less of a chore. Thanks. Highly recommend working with him.
