Just signed on an apartment. Mike Tiburtini was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about the unit and didn't rush me through the process at all, exceptional service.
This was our first time using Spaces and I look forward to working with them again! We met with Heidi Sonnenberg who was very helpful in showing us the apartment. She had a lot of information about not only the unit but the surrounding area and the leasing process. I worked with Mike Tiburtini this past weekend in Chicago. We discussed with him what we wanted, must haves, etc... We really only had one day to look at listings and find a place. The places Mike showed us were great, and we found exactly what we were looking for. To be honest, what we found exceeded our expectations. We worked with Houston and he did a great job showing us everything he could until we found the right spot. The day started off a little rough (2 of the apartments keys didn't work) but we found a place by the end!
