Spaces is an amazingly ran real estate service. I was referenced Ray Colon from a friend and he truly lives up to his respected name. Ray is a go-getter. He found the ideal apartment for myself and roommates and we signed the lease within 48 hours of seeing the place! Ray handles his clients in a professional manner and is a fun guy to be around.
I found an apartment rental on Craigslist on Monday from Spaces, contacted Andrew to view the apartment on Tuesday, applied for it and heard back Wednesday afternoon that the apartment was mine! Andrew was incredibly helpful in being knowledgeable about the unit, transparent about the process, and friendly and professional! I've never experienced such a seamless apartment-rental process in my entire life. I'm impressed with the response rate, turnaround time, and the quality of the unit itself. I'm so excited to move in!
Spaces is amazing!!! I am a recent grad who was looking for something cute and practical with some restrictions and requests and LUKE was the bomb! He really took the time to get to know me and my roommates and showed us exactly what was wanted. I felt like he genuinely cared about where we lived and tried to get us the best place possible. He was always there when I had questions and even asked me to send him links to places I liked online so he could check them out for me! I will recommend Luke and Spaces again and again!
I am moving from Indianapolis to Chicago and needed a place to live on 4 days notice. I called Erica W at Spaces to help myself and roommate out. She asked a couple quick questions over the phone and said we can meet in an hour. When we met she had 5 properties picked out that fit our criteria. I had a fantastic experience with Liza Tuchfarber! She reached out to me after I showed interest in a listing and was able to show me several places THAT DAY. She was an excellent communicator and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and the company made things so easy and were very helpful. I'd definitely use SPACES again.
