I worked with Justin and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I was having a hard time finding a place in Chicago. I told him what I was looking for and he emailed me some places right away. When showing apts he was very flexible with my schedule. We had constant communication with each other. I would recommend spaces to anyone that is having a had time finding a apt.
We found it! Found our first apartment in the Lincoln Park and the place couldn't be any better. This was all thanks to our agent, Ray! Very professional. Extremely patient with us as we checked out multiple places in one day. He's yet to admit it, but I think he saved the best for last which was what we ended up going with. Now I have a move in date of Feb. 1st, and all thanks to Ray. Highly recommend him!
Great experience with Spaces. They showed me the best places and respected my search criteria. From my agent, Justin, to the whole office staff bravo. You can tell they want to be a great company. We had a small misunderstanding about a fee and they bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. Spaces makes the painful rental search much easier.
