Had the best day here yesterday for my Bday. Gonna make it my point to go back as much a possible!!!
The staff needs to be friendlier, they should have set hours for kids (they run around unsupervised at times), there should be no bar scene. This is suppose to be a time for peace and tranquility!
Been here many time last two times I was no happy it's should be called Kids spa castle now no good and the parents don't watch their kids
Love, Love This place!! I will be coming here regularly. I have never felt so good after leaving a spa as I did at Spa Castle.
It's was great but today believe it or not when we try to get water from the fountain but no water when we ask one of the staff said "we have no more water , you have to buy it at the bar " . You got the be kidding me,I paid over $200.00 to get in but not even have a free cup of water !
Amazing relaxing and fun it's a must to go promise it's worth the money
Awesome time! I would love to have a Spa like this near my home. Bring it to Long Island. The one thing that I don't care for is the parking.
The place was very clean and the staff were constantly working to keep it that way. I loved roof top water jet massage pool. It was really relaxing and exiting and the same time! You can spend the entire day there and enjoy different types of massage and sounas there. Highly recommend.
