My first time was a great experience. I have heard countless great reviews from friends and clients and my sis along with my brother-in-law brought us there to celebrate their anniversary. Needless to say, it was everything I was told and more. Loved it!
So me and my Sis drove from Baltimore to make a Girls day. It was nice that the valet was free. It was our 1st time, it was organized on the set-up and how it is ran, I just wish someone would have been more accessible to explain things. The outdoor pool is where we spent most of our time, the water was a nice temperature and the jets were very nice and I must say my favorite part. PSA: DO NOT GO TO SPA CASTLE in Queens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am out here in the dead of winter without a coat because it was stolen out of my locker!!!!!! The manager J.P. offered NO help (not even a discount) and THEN tried to imply that I set it up to try to get out of paying my bill and called the cops on me!!!!! At the same time I was reporting my coat stolen, another woman said her wallet was taken. DO. NOT. GO. TO. SPA. CASTLE!!!!!!!!!!!
