A friend and I went and had a wonderful, relaxing day. All the negative reviews I had read were nonsense. We had no problems, everyone was informative and polite. The only things I would change would be to put a couple of benches in the sauna rooms for people who have a difficult time getting up from the floor and to make the food a little less expensive. I believe they would sell more if the prices were reasonable.
Had the pleasure to visit Spa Castle for my 50th Birthday with my daughters. It was an amazing experience from the bathhouse, saunas, sleep rooms & the lunch menu...everything was wonderful. My favorite was the outside pools & massage. I will definately recommend Spa Castle-NY to my friends & family. :)
I went yesterday for the first time. The massage was GREAT. I loved the place. I have 4 kids of my own and I just felt this should be calm and relaxing. I went to get away and some time alone which doesn't happen often. So having kids there running around is not something I expected. It should be Adults only. Because of that I don't think I would go back there.

Spa itself is great but the women in the locker room can be rude and don't help you enough. They seem bothered when you ask for help. I was there yesterday and it's still a problem.
Love this place! Went there today for the first time! This place is AWESOME! Very relaxing! My mom and I got the stress massage which was REALLY relaxing! I loved the different jets in the indoor and outdoor pools. The hot tubs were awesome! Definitely will recommend it to other people and I'll be back again!
