Not what I expected at all. Staff was not accommodating at all. There is no way to even begin to relax as there are children running around everywhere. The only time I did relax was during my massage which was the only great part of my experience. I would not recommend spa castle to anyone who wants to get away for the day to relax.
It was my 1st time and it was awesome. I used my Groupon, it only covered entrance. I had a great foot massage for 30 mins. I also got a 10min back massage it was epic. I really enjoyed myself. I think they should have a lil coupon for the massages tho. I will be going again.

Yesterday I had a amazing time whit my friends, everything as good and fun my first experience was great....
My first day experience 1/27/17 was so rude, disrespectful and unapologetic from the manager John after finding a piece of chewed chewing gum in my food from the open salad bar, the kitchen staff was also disrespected and unapologetic . No one took measures to correct the issue.
So you tip bartenders but not anyone else? TRASH! �

Amazing experience lots included in the admission, stress buster massage and refreshing facial were awesome left there totally zen
