It was my first time visiting Spa Castle. What a wonderful experience!!! I must make this place a regular part of my life.
I was there yesterday. My friend and I had a great time simply due to the entertainment. Watching everyone break all the posted rules. Drinking in the pool, swimming, use of cellphones etc. The word “spa” has no right being in the name of the business. It is simply a glorified public pool. If you want to relax, stay home. Over all an amazing time! Some of the hydro pools didn’t work and there are a few minor repairs that could do with tending too. I arrived at 11am and it was pretty empty until about 3pm. Definitely go early. They don’t have uniforms in plus sizes so I had to wear my own clothes. Was worth the Groupon price but they would need to do some replaces before I would consider paying full price.
The overall experience was ok however kids should not be allowed here. It ruines everything. This is a SPA not a pool for people to come hang out at. Should be a relaxing place not a playground.
It’s a nice place! It’s plenty to do and that outdoor spa is the bomb!!i will be back!
Saunas are all amazing must try all of them did the couples retreat massage that was the highlight of the day very calming only bad thing is the kids section is closed so if you are trying to relax in the pool or jacuzzi the kids are splashing and screaming but other then that they experience was great
It’s very crowded and not enough parking space but overall it’s really awesome. The sauna which I enjoyed has a different temperature to choose from. And the big security man was very helpful.
Very disorganized, unfriendly and rude employees. Uninformed employees regarding the reservations or treatment. It is not worth the hype n very misleading. Do not waste your time nor money. If you want a relaxing and stress free experience do not go to spa castle. I booked a staycation and my reservation was messed up, they gave me a new reservation then when I went in for my treatment it wasn’t in the system but I had a receipt with the reservation on it. Spa Castle is a rip-off. We ordered over $300 worth of food. And we asked for two extra ketchup. And she said that would be $0.50 extra for each ketchup. They are rude and miserable. Save your money and go to the beach
