Great Place For Relaxing. Me And My Hubby Enjoyed Ourselves.
Amazing concept. A place for everyone to relax. Extremely clean. I saw workers tidying up on every floor. Loved all of the saunas I went in the jade and salt were my favorite. The outdoor pools were the best part I felt like i had transported to a resort. And just my kind of hours open till midnight!! Only drawbacks were the uniforms they make you wear were reminiscent of middle school P.E., the bad quality of slippers you must buy if you choose not to walk barefoot,and tiny towels they provide. such a perfect place to go and relax, beautiful and clean but I have a little complain... there's a lot of children around, running and screaming it's just so annoying cause supposedly you go to a spa to relax but with those children around it's impossible, I think they should require parents to control them much more, this place is a Spa, not a water park!
It was nice don't get me wrong but it was confusing if you've never been there. Service could have been better. At places where there should of been peace and tranquility the staff was arguing with each other in their own language. Not sure if I would go back. On the bright side my milk and honey body wrap was great!
Had a family day out an we love it. Food a little expensive, but we had a nice time.

This spa castle is the worse ever!!!! I brought my family to relax and enjoy but my daughter is very excited to go to the spa pool jumping but since the pool notice said "no diving" so they penalize my kids to go out from the water and come back in one hour. I was shocked as a parent that nobody told me. My daughter just approached me crying!!!! Ridiculous!!! When is "diving similar to jumping!!! The staff working are not polite!!! Very rude!!!
