Espectacular, un lugar relajante y mágico, en New York!!! La pasamos de maravilla.
They shouldn't have kids in the bar pool it said no swimming but kids where splashing all over the place they should have bigger towels and you should be allowed to where your own shoes without having to pst for them overall it's a nice place a little pricy but not to bad and they should have some kind of brochure to let. You know how everything works which they did not have and may a littlle more staff and for all the money you spend you shouldn't have to. Clean up your own dishes

Too many unsupervised children- granted not the spa’s fault, but still. Saunas are great- but people were foolish enough to have their phones with them the whole time. How is one to relax when there are teens taking selfies and clicking away on their phone... in the SAUNA. Perhaps a better place to go during the middle of the week than with the weekend crowd.
It was my first time going to a spa let alone this place and it was great will be going again next month
Great place but if u get hurt no one is there to help you my son was in the outdoor pool went under water came back up with a cut on his eye and the staff was very rude and didn't offer no help except for one lifeguard who cleaned it and put a bandage
Too MANY naked women walking around clients should have their own rooms, hot tub in the cold...I caught a cold. 2 slices of watermelon 1 mango wedge i cantaloupe wedge 3 sm strawberries $14. First time and definitely my last time.
