They should be strict with the shoe policy not just for the guests but ALL employees as well. Floors are dirty because of them and we have to walk barefoot
I miss Spa Castle. Its like no other place in the world. I've been to other Korean day spas but this one is the nicest. Its far and not easy to get to if you live in NYC but worth it!

Think Water could have less chlorine and hair. Maybe change to salt system. Other than that a wonderful place to be!!

I love the place is very relaxing, is clean I don't mind to stay all day and the price is fabulous; the only thing I don't like is that is no parking lot
