Spa Castle used to be nice a cpl of years ago. Now the price has gone up and the quality of service has significantly gone down. Also the customers that I saw were real trashy. Need needs new management and serverd to get the place back to what it once was. Will not be going back unless there are some drastic changes.
I was going to go this week and try it out but after reading the reviews, I'm going to skip it. The management doesn't appear to understand what good customer service is. (I emailed them this morning asking for subway/bus directions and they never responded. I bet there will be somebody to take my money, though!!!!)

Lived in NYC for 15 years and can't believe it took me this long to come here. Amazing place. Clean and friendly. Everything you need for a relaxing day/evening.
Went with my sister and we enjoyed our time at the spa. Disliked the little shorts and t shirt they make you walk around in and the fact that the showers were not private. People were nice and the Korean food was very good! Would try it again!
Great couples massage! 181° sauna and 102° outside jacuzzi is awesome. Close to Pollo Campero, Guatemala's best fried chicken in Corona, Queens! Definitely going back.
The service at spa are very poor , their uniform system are very disappointed . Employe are very nasty people don't know how to use a word properly Always wet and slippery . Hate it. Change the service staff . And get improve some how This is the 2 nd person who had almost drowned and one died. Serious condition and investigation must take place
