Best place to relax and retreat yourself !! the indoor pool is awesome , delicious Korean food !! Best saunas on the world .
We had a great time!! It was invigorating and relaxing. .we even took a nap in the relaxation beds after all the pool activities ☺ The day went by so fast! I loved it and am going back soon!!
It was great for the most part service and staff were fine, even the rooms and pool were nice. The problem they AREN'T CLEAN. I went on a Monday when it's pretty calm and not packed and spent a few hours. Low and behold I come home and the next morning I wake up with pink eye. This should not happen I don't recommend anyone go there until they fix that issue because we don't need pink eye spreading like wild fire.
Very relaxed
Lately, the quality has been ehhh! I really wish they would have a day or time where there were no kids allowed. I go there to relax and people let their kids behave like its a public pool. Spas are supposed to be relaxing. Unless I get there super early, I'm stuck with dealing with kids when I left mine at home. Also, the chlorine levels have been a bit high the last few times I went. At one point it was so bad, we could not sit in the pool with the walk up bar. Can't wait for the Manhattan location to finally open.
