The workers are not nice at all. And if you need to change the clothes they giving you for the second floor they will charge you $4 for it.
I love it. I started working there on Mother's Day. Everyone just has to have respect for rules and regulations as well as for everyone else.
This place is poorly poorly managed. Especially customer service reps on the phone. Very bad service. There is no manager to speak with. I drove two hours and told me I couldnt use the groupon voucher when im going there was 9 diff people.i called to make sure they can honor the voucher the same say i purchased and i couldnt.
I wish I could rate this death trap a negative 100. I started going to this place years ago when it was actually a great establishment. Over the last few years however, this place has turned into trash. I have a better time getting my weekly mani/pedi. They're so rude, over priced and could care less about customer service. Not a peaceful place for me. If you like rude attendants, stank lifeguards, baby towels, crowded small ass pools, excessive chlorine, kids playing and splashing you, nude drive bys and no parking, go right ahead. I will not be back. Instead of calling it spa castle, call it corny ass pool castle. They don't even have a steam room. Wtf?
First time here and it was a great experience. Very clean and very friendly staff
Spa Castle is not disabled friendly. They don't allow walkers in their place. That's discrimination.
