This place is poorly poorly managed. Especially customer service reps on the phone. Very bad service. There is no manager to speak with. I drove two hours and told me I couldnt use the groupon voucher when im going there was 9 diff people.i called to make sure they can honor the voucher the same say i purchased and i couldnt.
I wish I could rate this death trap a negative 100. I started going to this place years ago when it was actually a great establishment. Over the last few years however, this place has turned into trash. I have a better time getting my weekly mani/pedi. They're so rude, over priced and could care less about customer service. It is a GREAT PLACE... I PERSONALLY WOULD LIKE TO SEPARATE THE NUDITY AREA A LITTLE MORE WITH FROSTED GLASS TO MAKE IT MORE OF A CHOICE THAN TO HAVE TO HAVE IT IN YOUR FACE BUT OUTSIDE OF THAT... I LKIE SPA CASTLE.
Not a peaceful place for me. If you like rude attendants, stank lifeguards, baby towels, crowded small ass pools, excessive chlorine, kids playing and splashing you, nude drive bys and no parking, go right ahead. I will not be back. Instead of calling it spa castle, call it corny ass pool castle. They don't even have a steam room. Wtf?
First time here and it was a great experience. Very clean and very friendly staff

Spa Castle is not disabled friendly. They don't allow walkers in their place. That's discrimination.
This place is super overrated and rundown. The food is overpriced including everything else !!!! Kids should not be allowed around adults and especially at a spa where adults are half naked! I couldn't believe it when I saw a lady with her toddler boy in the NAKED woman's spa that was it for me also this place is overcrowded to the extreme to the point I elbowed a kid in the face in the pool. The 1st and the last time I will be going to spa castle.
