Very dated and grossly overpriced. Ice bucket in the room wasn’t clean and full of mold. Staff is great once you get by the nightmare of checking in.
Location is incredible! Beach area is great. Courtyard is beautiful and nice for small children to play on the grass. The breakfast buffet was delicious. But overall the hotel experience was poor. I’ve been staying at the Del since I was a child. And now we’ve taken our toddler son 3 years in a row and not sure what’s happened, but service and experience has gone way downhill this year. Hotel was beautiful service was shocking not what I’d expect from a Hilton at all! Very disappointed!
My stay was amazing. You almost don’t have to leave the hotel campus, and yes it’s a campus, as it has everything including shops, multiple restaurants, pools, a beach, and lots of area to walk and enjoy nighttime beach s’mores!!

Beautiful hotel and excellent location!
Stayed in the Victorian building with ocean view and it was great. Loved the movie on the beach. Some things are pricey, but not out of line with other hotels where I have stayed. Room service was good. Breakfast buffet was good. I would stay there again.
