On a visit to a friend at Soul Foods, plant based cafe, I was recommended by her to have reflexology with Steph at So… yoga. I have had reflexology before however Steph took it to another level with using hot stones too. I was made to feel extremely welcomed, she has an aura of calm about her which transferred easily to the treatment. I fell asleep twice! Her studio is warm, clean and cozy.
