Who likes going to the dentist? However; Dr. Um and staff always makes it a pleasurable experience. From being greeted with a friendly smile by Melanie - to the best teeth cleaning experience with Patty - and then wrap up with Dr. Um to make sure I am ok and discuss newest technologies and options... I am always happy. A very happy patient!
This morning I broke a piece of a tooth off and by 3 pm I had a crown. Dr. Um and his staff got me into his office and then the miracle of getting a crown in one sitting occurred. This day ended up great. ( and it was painless)
My parents recommended me to go to Dr. Um because they had a great experience. I also have had a great experience with Dr. Um and his awesome staff. From the minute you walk in the door to when you leave, the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and so friendly. I am happy to finally find a great dentist that I plan on continuing to go to for many years!
