Over the Memorial holiday weekend I developed a toothache and contacted the office for a quick appointment. Dr. Um and his staff worked me in for a quick exam, and we were able to determine the problem, get prescriptions and set up an appointment with a dental surgeon immediately afterwards. I'm not a fan of doctors (nor dentists), but this good experience has made me a fan of Dr. Um and his staff!!!!!
Dr. Kwan Um and his dental and office staff are the very best.
Went in for cleaning... Patty was there to do her outstanding job as always! This time - also stayed for whitening (bleaching) of teeth. I am so happy with the results. The entire staff at Dr. Um's practice are awesome!
I know this title may seem a bit odd - a dentist's office? But it is true . . . . . my pulse registered as if I were in rest/relaxation mode at the end of a yoga workout. Dr. Um, and his amazing staff, are top-notch, personable, knowledgeable, taking whatever time you need to answer questions, etc. I look forward to a lengthy relationship with Dr. Kwan Um, and his staff of like professionals. Really!!
I like going to see Dr. Um because the service is so fast and complete. Everyone is so nice. There also is not a long wait time for your appointment. Lois

Dr. Um and his entire team make it a pleasure to get one's teeth checked and treated. Dr. Um is a very conscientious dentist who is up-to-date with the last dental procedures. Excellent Dentist and staff. Very courteous & professional. Hygienist is very skilled and does a great job.
I was very pleased with the work that was done making a new lower partial. The staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Um was easy to talk to and ask questions about what was going on and what to expect.
