I recently visited Dr. Um as I broke a tooth and needed a crown. Went in for a 2:00 p.m. appointment, and walked out two hours later with a permanent crown, not expecting to have to return until my next scheduled cleaning. The procedure was neither painfull nor uncomfortable. Dr Watson (I've been going to him 40 plus years) made a good choice selecting someone to carry on the practice. Dr. Um has my complete confidence.
Dr. Um is the best dentist I have ever visited. He is competent, current, caring and excellent in his work. His hygienists are uniformly competent, courteous and prompt. thanks to one of them I have converted to (almost) daily BFR (Brush-Floss-Rinse).

As always, everyone is always so friendly, professional, courteous and compassionate.
The entire visit was excellent - great hygienist, special attention at the desk when I came in to make sure all insurance was in order ( I had a CREDIT!) and no grumpy people "just doing their job". All smiles - happy to see me, chat about mutual friends while I waited (only 5 minutes to wait and I was early!) an entirely pleasant experience from start to finish! See you in 4 months.

Cannot tell you enough about what a fine hygienist Patty is, always has the patients comfortability in mind and her attention to detail goes without saying.
Dr. Um: Patient, caring, conscientious, skillful. I recommend him constantly to all my friends. Patty: totally awesome! Staff: Melanie is a gem. Unfortunately, I live in Pearland so a lot of them are not willing to make the drive. To me, the drive is well worth being able to see someone I have come to trust.
