Everyone is always so courteous, always smiling and creates a good atmosphere. It has always been hard for me to go to the dentist because of a very bad experience years ago; however Going to Dr Um is a very pleasant experience.
It is always a good experience to go to Drs. Watson and Um office. Both very professional, warm and friendly. They charge fairly and the staff is nice and never drop the ball. Totally recommend.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Um. After being a patient of Dr. Watson for over 25 years I was a little nervous about a new doctor. However, Dr. Um was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with how he explained everything to me. I look forward to having Dr. Um as my new dentist. I love his staff they are so pleasant and attentive.
My lower, back tooth lost its crown while using a WaterPic. I called the office and I was given a 9:30 appt. I told the front office that I couldn't make the 9:30 appt. I was offered a 3:00 PM. which I could do. I was in and out of the dentist's office in 30 minutes. The entire visit was extremely pleasant. B. Gregersen
The professional, friendly staff that greets me makes my twice annual visit a pleasure. Ms Teague (the dental hygienist) is very pleasant, gentle and so experienced that I feel NO discomfort. I always feel my visit with Dr Um seals my visit with knowledge that assures me my dental care is 'pitch perfect in every way -I was alerted today that a very old filling might need replacement soon allowing me to prepare for the expense. I am MOST happy to recommend Dr Um to anyone seeking good dental care.
