I have gone to Dr. Um for 6 years - for everything from routine cleaning to fillings and a crown. Always on time for me , careful to detail and explaining what should be done and why. I am completely satisfied.

This was my first visit with Dr Um and I was blown away by the experience - especially considering I had a broken tooth and needed it repaired. I was greeted kindly by very pleasant Melanie and she had all of my insurance information ready to explain what the service charges would be for today's visit. Your staff was so kind - due to rain and traffic I was ten minutes late and yet they greeted me in friendly manner. I had my questions answered in my appointment. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I had a cleaning recently and the doctor was on time, very speedy, answered all my questions and even validated my parking! Great dentist and I will be coming back again for future cleanings!
I called this a.m. with a toothache. Melanie offered me an appointment the same day. I was seen and referred to an endodontist and got in there the same day. By noon the same day, I was pain free. Thanks for your help!
