Had a crown break and called early in the morning for an appointment - I should mention, the crown was done by someone else. Two hours later (due to my travel distance) I was in the office and having it looked at. A replacement crown was necessary - within 2 1/2 hours I was back on the road to my office. Thanks to both Dr. Um and his staff, they were friendly and was quick trip. Now, I want a big ol steak, fork and knife for some serious chewing down!!!!

All who attended to my needs were pleasant and helpful. My take is that if the patient is treated with courtesy the visit to a dentist need not be traumatic. Also if one has been a regular patient for an extended period a visit to familiar surroundings is like a family visit. Everyone at Um's get ready for the Holiday Season. Cheers. CNC

Patty is a very gentle and caring hygienist. I was very comfortable in her hands Dr Um is always very thorough as well as gentle and gives excellent explanations. Everyone there is friendly and efficient and it is a pleasure to go. Thanks, Dr Um.

Dr. Um is very thorough in his examinations and his actual dental work is superlative. He also is very conscious of new technology in his practice. That is one of the things that most impressed me. It indicates that he is open to new information and his continuing education. The most pain free dental work I have ever experienced. Dr. Um is definitely concerned about the well being of his patients. My wife and I feel safe and cared about. He is good!!

Great cleanings, excellent dental care, on-time appointments, easy parking (free). So I keep telling Dr Um that if he would just include a pedicure while I am laying there I would come more often!!! Love this dentist and his staff. Please give him your business.

I always hate going to the dentist, but because I have to go I only want to go to the best, and get it done right the first time. I find their office professional friendly and they don't keep you waiting for your appointment . Dr. Kwan is competent,,positive,,and informative.
