Excellent cleaning, staff on time, and the doctor was punctual and efficient.
I had my first visit with Memorial Southwest Family Denistry today and I can honestly say it was the best dental visit I've ever had in my 50 years of going to the dentist! Everyone in the office is super nice, my cleaning was actually enjoyable and the doctor was very polite and professional. I'm even looking forward to going back! Thanks!

Dr. Um is not only technically competent, he is concerned about his patient's welfare. His staff is always friendly and helpful and he's always see me precisely at the scheduled time. He's provided me routine exams, caps, root canals and fillings over the last several years. I've always been happy with the results.
I have been going to Dr. Um for many years. He and his staff are by far the best providers of dentistry I have ever used. The hygienist does an excellent job when I go to get my regular appointed teeth cleaning and examination. I have never experienced pain from their work on my teeth.
This was my first visit to the office of Dr. Um and it will not be my last. To say that Dr. Um is a wizard is an understatement! Using the latest technology in the dental field combined with a gentle touch, he is amazing. The office staff is pleasant and efficient, the very best experience I have ever had in the dental chair and I have had many.
