Kim is an awesome hygienist... Melony always greets with a great smile... and Dr. Um is really nice and a true professional. I am so lucky to be a patient there!
I had a very old front tooth's dental crown fall out. Dr. Um saw me the following morning. Dr. Um examined the root canal that remained after the dental crown fell out. He cleaned the interior of the tooth and reach the conclusion that the crown could be cemented back in as a temporary measure. The temporary crown will be replaced by a permanent implant of the front tooth. The entire visit was done in an expedient manner and my dental visit was very pleasant as usual. B. Gregersen

Great folks. Had a toothache and called Sunday and left a message. At 8 AM had a call and an appointment at 10. That is service.
I'm usually running a few minutes late but not today. I was an hour early. I waited 5 min and then Dr. Um and staff were so courteous and able to work me in. I was out before my originally scheduled appointment time!
I was pleased that this office is as I remembered it only at a new location. Everyone was pleasant and very professional. I needed a Houston dentist that matched my needs and expectations and I am looking forward to receiving the care I need without going to extremes. Thanks to all of you.
I have never enjoyed going to a Dentist ever. I was recommended by my former Dr. to Dr. Um because he purchased the business. He, Dr. Um was highly recommended and I have been very happy with Dr. Um since that time. The kindness of his staff and the complete care are great. I have a new knee and they always call so that I take the best medication to protect it as well. In my mind, Dr. Um and his staff is the BEST.
