Today had a crown and Dr Um did a masterful job from start to finish, ably assisted by his wife. I never saw so many new instruments used by a Dentist on one job in my whole life. All of which made the job easier and more successful. Dr Um works as a craftsman, with great respect for his patients., Highly recommended by both my wife Norma and myself Tip Mc Fadden

Wait time is very minimal. Dr. Um is very precise and gives good explanations as to work to be done and answers all of your questions. Dental staff is well trained as well as the general office staff.

I have been going to Dr. Um since he started in this office-close to 15 years. They are so very nice and accommodating. +The dental hygienist is so sweet but thorough in her exam and cleanings. +The receptionist is always pleasant and knows her stuff when it comes to insurance. They email me when I am due for a cleaning or have an appointment. I never wait to be seen. + Dr. Um listens well, problem solves and answers questions simply. He has done it all for me,crowns, fillings, etc. I couldn't be happier.
Had a cleaning today.....great hygienist! Dr Um did his usual checking and all is well. Would not go anywhere else! Easy in and out at Memorial Herman SW on 59 at Fondren.
