once again sonic has dissappointed me! you closed the Celina location. rossford you have to go through the drive thru then try to find a place to park! I drove 45 minutes to be let down again! thanks for nothing!

Uber zests driver sat there for 30 minutes for a burger, a simple hamburger....we called to see what was going on....last on the phone was rude, didn’t provide any information past “she has your food”. Umm my delivery driver is a guy genius....sooo 45 minutes later, still watching my poor Uber delivery guy waste his time to pick up food. Great job Sonic...about as fast as a turtle 🐢 on a glacier in January. Super customer service.

Do yourself a favor and drive 2.5 miles north to the Leavenworth Sonic next to McDonald's. Unlike the Lansing location, there is friendlier staff, faster service, food is fresh and they have never made my order wrong. One bad experience can be chalked up to a bad day...but we have had a bad experience EVERY time we've been there in the last two years!

My husband ordered a Jr. Bacon Breakfast Burrito and got a tortilla with cheese, sausage and no egg. I tried to call the store repeatedly, over 20 times, and got an answering machine every single time. I have ordered from this location almost daily since it opened and will not be returning. I am so done with crap food quality and customer service.

Very slow and bad customer service
slow service. Didnt get a side, waited more than 10min to get get it, very disappointed!! Normally dont complain but this was ridiculous.
